Société La Mer
Heavily inspired by beauty print ads from the 70s and 80s, my Capstone project was a collection of reimagined vintage beauty adverts for La Mer. I explored the interface between generative AI and advertising by researching beauty advertising history and its current landscape, creating visuals using Stable Diffusion, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate. I experimented with various pre-trained image models to find those that can embody inclusivity and diversity of women, which was a missing component in adverts from that era.
