Design of the company’s web landing page and web filter using Figma. It is live and can be seen here.

I compiled user feedback on the Pickle app and identified these problems with the previous app filter:
- Excessive horizontal screen real estate
- Difficult information architecture and too much scrolling required
- Low usability due to a lack of functions such as filtering by distance and delivery options

After conducting extensive research on the user interface design of customer-facing fashion e-commerce platforms such as Revolve, Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Poshmark, and TheRealReal, I’ve designed and introduced this new app filter with high-level features, collapsed categories, and a search function. The goal is to enhance the usability and scalability of the app and to increase user retention as a result.

It is live in the Pickle app, but you can also test out my Figma Prototype

~~~~~New Features~~~~~
I’ve also designed and created the workflow of the rental extension request feature to facilitate efficient communication between owners and renters and to provide users with a more flexible rental experience.
The Owner’s Hub feature enables users to access their earning statistics, banking info, analytics on closet and owner activities. I worked closely with the CEO and COO of Pickle on this project to design the information structure and layout of this function.
